D-Day Commemorations - 6 June 2024

On Thursday 6 June 2024, national events will be held to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day Landings. In West Bradford, a number of activities will take place to mark this occasion (which contributed greatly to the outcome of World War II). These will be held at the Village Hall and include:

7pm - bar open
9pm - parade by cadets
9.15pm - lighting of the beacon and reading of the International Tribute

All residents are invited to attend and will be made very welcome.
